Yonghwan Kim is Chairman of Tiandi Partners.
Mr. Kim is renowned in Korean financial market for his service as Chairman of Nonghyup Financial Group and Chairman of Export Import Bank of Korea. Prior to working in the private sector, he also served as a top senior official at numerous Korean government agencies including Financial Supervisory Service, Financial Services Commission, Securities and Futures Commission, Financial Supervisory Commission, and Ministry of Finance and Economy.
Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sungkyunkwan University, a Master's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and a Doctor's degree in Business Administration from Kyung Hee University.

James Kim is Chief Executive Officer of Tiandi Partners.
Mr. Kim founded EQ Partners, Korea's number one infrastructure PE firm, and served as its CEO for 9 years. Prior to EQ, he worked in senior executive capacity at each of the following: Korea Investment Partners, Macquarie Capital Fund Group, JP Morgan Chase (NY), Thompson Hine, Samjong Houlihan Lokey, and Korea Long Term Credit Bank.
Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University, a J.D. from University of Cincinnati, and an LL.M. from New York University.

Hyeongseok Kim is Executive Managing Director of Tiandi Partners.
Mr. Kim is a turnaround specialist well known for his continued flawless success with various restructuring companies including his most recent tenure as CEO of Dreamline, one of the largest Telecom companies in Korea. His restructuring experience and expertise encompasses those companies including Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service, Bumyang Construction, and Onse Telecom while he worked at Korea Technology Investment Corporation as Managing Director, Head of Restructuring Group. Prior to that, he worked at Financial Supervisory Commission and Korea Long Term Credit Bank for 10 years.
Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Seon Park is Executive Managing Director of Tiandi Partners.
Mr. Park was with Yojin Construction and Engineering as CSO. Prior to Yojin, he managed private equity fund valuing USD 50m at Korea Investment Partners, and worked as executive director at Macquarie Capital Fund Group, Shinhan Life, and KLB Securities.
Mr. Park holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Hyeonggu Kim is Managing Director of Tiandi Partners.
Mr. Kim served as CFO at Berry IB Holdings, an investment management company, for 15 years.
Mr. Kim received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hongik University and an MBA from Korea University.

Han Cho is Senior Associate of Tiandi Partners.
Mr. Cho received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University.
